Not all carriers have the same rate, service quality and capabilities. Some are mostly geared towards the large and heavy packages. Some others prefer small and light packages. Some are good for commercial addresses and some others are better for residential addresses. Some carriers have a larger distribution network and some smaller.
Without a proper carrier selection, packages may return as “Undeliverable” or shipments may incur additional fees such as rural area delivery fees.
Different carriers have different services, different rates and different terms and conditions. We use all such information to decide which one is the best choice for each specific shipment.
Carriers we use are:
- USPS (United States Postal Service) with services such as Express, Priority, Parcel, 1st-Class.
- UPS (United Parcel Service) with services such as 1-Day, 2-Day, 3-Day, Ground, LTL.
- FedEx (Federal Express) with services such as Ground, Home delivery, Express 1, 2 or 3 days, and LTL.
